Personally, I don't think that the blog post that Tracy references here backs up half the things that she claims it does. It should, however, give anyone doing 'cattle call' style recruiting events (like this one) and calling it a 'pampering session' something to think about.
You certainly wont win many customers or recruits if you start out being deceptive! |
