At least Tracy admitted in this post that there is nothing inherently wrong with using phrases to make what you are pitching more attractive and she uses the words "I think" instead of saying that her opinion is "fact'. To that end, I don't have a problem with her posting that she doesn't like this style of Mary Kay.  I disagree with her.  But that is part of informing and being informed.
